Terms:

• If the amount of the used services is less than the value of the gift card, the unused amount will not be refunded.


• If the amount of the used service consumed is greater than the value of the gift card, the customer has to pay an additional sum.


• The gift card cannot be returned and cannot be converted into cash.


• The term of validity of the gift card is 6 months.


• You can select a suitable service or make a purchase in the Toila SPA Hotel (exept beauty salon and shop).
